I have a question about green lines

I have an Iphone X, it dropped on the floor and after that the green lines was appeared on the screen. the screen touch is completely worked.

How can I fix it? I have to replace the touch screen?

Green lines in the screen I have an Iphone X. When I bought it, it looked fine and there was nothing wrong with it. However green lines started showing on my screen. First one, and then a second one a day or two after. I haven't dropped it or anything they just came out of nowhere. Do you know why and how I can get rid of them?
