Horizontal lines on screen

My Iphone 13 pro shows horizontal lines on screen when locking the screen. Never dropped or no issues!

Only when turning the screen off it appears for seconds!

Please help me!

Hmm, there is not much to be done remotely:

Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If it gets bad the best option is to have it checked:

is it a hardware issue or a software issue.. I’ve been hearing after 16.2 updates many users experiencing this issue. Even the 14 pro users!

I read in the internet as well that apple has confirmed that is not a hardware issue but software.

you have any idea..?
