iMessage still waiting for activation after 30 hours

Woke up yesterday, sent one message via iMessage, then the remaining went to green/SMS.

Checked settings, iOS, restarted, reset device, followed online instructions. Still nothing 30+ hours later. iMessage status via Apple shows no issues. Called AT&T and Apple yesterday, and they acknowledged reports, but "Wait 24 hours".

Find My Friends, iMessage, FaceTime are all giving errors "Unable to contact the FaceTime/iCloud/iMessage server." Find My Friends shows that my Location is being shared by another device, but my phone is the only one on the list. Some people can see me, others can't.

Created a new iCloud ID, still no success. iCloud server is unable to connect.

Any tips?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

If necessary

Hard reset

Do a backup and try a factory reset.

Restore to Factory setting

Eric, thanks for your response. My resets have been attempted on multiple wifi networks with no success.

I would do a backup, but I can't access iCloud via the web, either. www.icloud.com says "There was a problem loading the application." This leads me to believe I was hacked, or iCloud is having a significant problems for a very small group of people.
