Keyboard unresponsive when typing in multiple apps

Keyboard is unresponsive when is using WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, Facebook, etc. When keyboard is frozen could not open another app on device.

Troubleshooting done:

+Device was restored through iTunes.

+Reset keyboard & all settings.

+Followed HT202178.

+Advised to add another keyboard
