External Disk read only

All the external devices i can access as read only.. I read about the format , I already format in MS-DOS (FAT 32).. and Differents formats.. I beleive is something in the configuration on my MAC..

If you need to share the drive with a Windows system, then format the drive as ExFAT on the Mac so both systems can read & write to the drive. With ExFAT you don't have to worry about file size limitations like you do with FAT32. macOS may not be able to mount an ExFAT drive formatted by Windows.
