Credit card change

I am trying to update/ change my credit card info. It will not let me remove or add a new payment until I verify my old cards 3 digit code on the back, which I do not have anymore. I have a new debit and no longer have the old one. How do I update my info so I can continue to purchase items and pay for my monthly ICloud storage??
