iCloud payment

I received an email saying I needed to enter new payment method. My account had fraudulent activity on it from iTunes so I had to cancel and reorder my bank card. It will take 7-10 business days to get a new card. I would like to wait for my new card to update my payment information and request that there is no downgrade in my storage or loss of my storage.
