update iTunes
I need to update my iTunes on my Windows computer. I can't download purchases. How do I update iTunes?

In iTunes, if you click on the Help menu and then on Check for Updates, you should see information about updates. Then follow the prompts.
If it doesn't work, let us know, but provide information about what happens. The current version of iTunes (today, 7th May 2019) is 12.9.4.102, although the messages might only state 12.9.4, which is fine.
