The "for you" "browse" and "radio" tabs are blank on both my MacBook Air and iMac desktop as of a couple of days ago. More than an hour on the phone with Apple and no help. Anyone else having this problem?

I suspect you are on El Capitan (10.11.x) rather than High Sierra (10.13.x). This particular issue seems to be predominantly affecting El Capitan users. Use Feedback - iTunes - Apple to let Apple know that you are affected too.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried just about everything to fix it to no avail.
Same problem, with Yosemite 10.10.5 and iTunes 12.8.1.3
