Hello, aiyshah.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that there are markings on your MacBook display that match the patten of the keyboard. I'm happy to provide you with a few steps to try.

First, try cleaning your display using the instructions listed here: How to clean your Apple products - Apple Support

If the markings are removable, you can try this next: How to clean the keyboard of your MacBook or MacBook Pro - Apple Support

If the marks seem more permanent, I think the next best step is to look into support options: Contact - Official Apple Support

I hope this helps! Take care.

I cannot tell from your picture if you might have the Anti-Reflective Coating issue or not. If those marks are smaller versions of the examples here and your laptop is less than four years from the date of original sale you may qualify for a free display replacement under a "secret" Apple repair program. Otherwise you would need to pay for the replacement of the display if the marks don't rub off when you clean the display.
