Strange Display Marks When Screen Is Turned Off

Hi All, when the display on my 12" MacBook is off there are visible marks (not scratches) but keyboard imprints etc...

How can I safely remove these please?

Internal display not detected Okay so I put my laptop to sleep and when I opened it again my macbook won't detect internal display, I attached a hdmi cable and it worked perfectly (on the external screen). I'm not sure why my internal screen isn't visible. I performed multiple operations to fix it. Hard reset, installed mac OS again. Everything. Nothing worked. macOS Ventura flickering screen I updated my Macbook Air M1 to Ventura on Monday 24 Oct. Within a few hours my screen started to flicker. I rebuild the machine using a USB drive (Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support) After a few hours it started again. I notice this happens when I am using IntelliJ Idea Ultimate. Has anyone else encounter this issue? Perhaps when doing something that will use up a lot resources? I don't mind going back to Monterey I just hate the long process of rebuilding/setting up a machine.

Just got the 27" studio display. Terrible flicker I just purchased the 27" studio display to connect to my 2021 MacBook Pro. I started editing an image in Photoshop and terrible flickering. Sometimes a dark grey band goes across the image. The flickering is happening every few seconds. thank you for any help

Follow Apple's guidance: soft cloth and water only. I use dry microfiber clothes with great success.
