As above this is a user forum so no one here can really answer that. However, something like a browser seems highly unlikely as that type of usage is not meant for a TV platform and when used on other devices that offer it it provides a very poor experience. For those that really want that function there is the option to mirror.
Will we ever see Safari on Apple TV
