I’m getting this message screen whenever I’m on call.

One day I was in a meeting. I got a call so tried to send a text during. We have a options right “ I’m on a meeting”. Before I hit send the button call got disconnected. After that whenever I’m call getting this txt screen.
First pic - txt screen will be in the bottom of screen.
Second pic - if hit txt and try to close it will come up and I won’t be able to close it.
is there any other settings need to changed ? Instead of reset the settings.
You can only change the text. Just reset all settings. You will not lose anything. If you erase all content and settings then you will

It’s just a example. Whenever I’m on call I will get this txt screen. I won’t be able to disconnect the call.
Ok second photo? I would reset all your content and settings. Go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings and content
Is that the issue with iPhone X or iOS ?
