Unable to Activate

I have a problem.

"My iPhoneX could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try connecting yout iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes "

Please help me, i have already try as much as i can, but it is not ok yet,,,
