iTunes Store Images Missing

Recently I installed iTunes version 12.9.4.102 for W10 and I'm having an issue with some of the images in the store not showing up. My library album art is fine, it's mainly the album art in the store, but not all of it.

I've deleted and reinstalled iTunes and all associated programs. I've cleared cache and even deleted everything from my music folder and nothing helps. I'm not behind a proxy or anything. The problem exists both at work and at home on two different networks. My computer is up to date and I even tried installing the latest Java and Flash software in case it needed it. Is this a known issue? I'm not sure what else to try...
