Why Am I being charged a transfer fee for Apple Pay? It has been 3 days since I received the payment.

Did you do an "Instant Transfer" from Apple Pay Cash to a debit card? If so, there is a 1% fee for that. See the following from: Transfer money from Apple Pay Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
*A 1 percent fee (with a minimum fee of $0.25 and a maximum fee of $10) is deducted from the amount of each instant transfer.
