Setting up 12 iPads using Classroom App. I have one "student" iPad that won't pull up Classroom in settings so I can add it to a class, all the others added correctly. Its on iOS 12.2, bluetooth is on and have a the teacher iPad sitting next to it waiting for students to add.

I've the same issue a few times while setting up a class.
The steps that worked for me when this happened was to go ahead and set up the iPads that are connecting.
Next, on the teacher device generate another code and move the problem devices around the immediate area and after a few minutes Classroom will show up on the student device. Once it appears, add it as the others were added.

I tried that, I restarted both iPads a few times and still nothing. The student iPad does see other Classes but nothing from this specific Teacher iPad. I have even reset the student iPad.
