iCloud Keeps Turning Off on iPhone

iCloud keeps turning off on my 6S Plus. I backup the phone every Wednesday to my Mac mini and at the same time check to see if it had been automatically backing up to iCloud. during the previous week. Most weeks I find that the setting had been changed to off and no backup had occurred. I'll manually turn it back on and the next week it's off again.

iCloud Drive on my iPhone and iPad turns off automatically Hello, I hope you all are safe and healthy. I switched back to using apple devices after 5 years, and my first iphone being iPhone 4s. Recently I purchased an iPad Air and an Iphone XS Max and upon thoroughly checking that my backup to the iCloud Drive isn't working, I realised that my iCloud Drive on both my iPad and iPhone kept turning off automatically. When Turned on, it takes me to the next page where it says either "Cancel" or "Upgrade" of which nothing works when you click them, its just frozen. The first thing after releasing this issue, I headed to the Apple Community search and did a few tips that was mentioned with the similar query, but nothing helped me fixed the issues. To elaborate further, I did: 1) Logged out of Apple ID and Logged in (no result, still the iCloud Drive turns off) 2) Reset Network Settings (no result, still the iCloud Drive turns off) 3) Reset All Setting (no result, still the iCloud Drive turns off) I am attaching a screenshot of what happens when I turn on my iCloud Drive. I have upgraded my iCloud Drive plan to 50gb, but still no luck.

can not turn on Icloud drive & iphone 11 will no longer back up I share icloud id with my husband (not a good idea i know but its been this way for 15+ years) Iphone 11 stopped backing up in 11/20 prior to that it worked perfectly Unable to turn on iCloud storage on phone unable to load storage info and when I hit "manage storage" it just spins and then nothing unable to turn on keychain but "icloud back up" is on I have purchased 2 tb of additional storage Any help would be greatly appreciated

It's possible you don't have enough space for the backup -- Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support.

ok

you are turning off iCloud backup then.

just tap on the back up now button on the right.

you will get your manual iTunes backup and leave iCloud at automatic.

When you make the iTunes backup, are you clicking on the left radio button "This Computer" or the right option "Back Up Now"?

According to the phone, I’m using 28.7 GB of 2 TB.

I click on the left “This Computer” radio button and then on the Back Up Now button.
