Merging two icloud accounts

I seem to have two separate icloud accounts. One is 5gb and one is 200gb. The sign in name is different for both and on my PC the side bar of windows explorer shows the old one.

How do I merge these accounts so I have the one with the biggest storage on the windos explorer side bar?

Merging Apple IDs/accounts is not possible.
