I have taken all the steps suggested by Apple and my IPAD still will not connect to my home WIFI. When I try the little turning wheel appears next to the name of my home Wifi. What other steps can I take to fix the problem. I’m using my husband IPAD for this chat as his IPAD connected just fine to the network.
Reboot the iPad (not restart, reboot).
You don't specify which iPad you have, but if it's one with a home button: Press and hold BOTH the home and power buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go and the iPad will reboot.
See if you connect to Wifi when you sign back in.
If you have one of the new iPad Pro models without a home button, there is a different procedure.
Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and keep holding the power button as in the directions above (holding past swipe to shut down) till you see the Apple Logo.

If you have rebooted the router and no joy (have you?), then it's time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
OK. Next up, is to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re-enter your Wifi password.
We had rebooted the router and scheduled an appointment at the Apple store then it magically connected. No more problems so far.
