The fact that you iPad is fully functional with other WiFi networks would suggest that your iPad is fully functional - and perhaps your home network is, for some reason, not allowing your iPad to connect. There are many reasons why this could occur - and not immediately impact other devices - so for expediency and potential speed of resolution, I would recommend that you first simply restart you Home Router.
Disconnect power from your Home Router, wait 30 seconds, then restart. When the Router has finished its reboot, wheich may take several minutes, force-restart your iPad:

If still troublesome, and you feel that the problem still lies with your iPad, given that you have already tried Reset Network Settings and Erase All Content & Settings, it might be worth trying them again. If still not successful, the next step would be to “restore” the iPad to its factory state:
