Cant manage my subscriptions because I cant connect to iTunes Store
I want to cancel my subscription to app "NaviExpert" on Apple Store but I don't have any Apple device anymore. My card is still connected to Apple Store and this app is taking my money every month because of the subscription. I forget to cancel it before. Now I need to do this on Windows PC. I found this:

but after I click on "Manage your subscriptions" it takes me to the loading page "Connecting to the iTunes Store..." and that's it. It's connecting but can't connect. I tried it on 3 different browsers. Also how can I remove my card from Apple Store?
