I have not received my order!

On thursday 2nd May I ordered an apple watch. FedEx told me that they delivered it on Saturday 04 but i´ve never recieved it!

Now FedEx ask me to inform Apple to initiate a claim with them. Can you tell me and e-mail or telephone number to do it?

Depending upon how you ordered, you should have an emailed receipt or verification of your order with contact information.

It would also have your order information. You should also have a tracking number assigned by Fedex.

1-800-463-3339 is FedEx customer service.
