Using apps through phone

My Apple Watch screen is cracked so the sensory touch does not work anymore. I don’t have time to fix it right now because of work but I want to track my workouts. Can I use my phone to navigate through the apps on my Apple Watch. For example, use my phone to start tracking a workout on the “workout” app on my watch.

Activity App Help! I want to be able to see my daily progress in my Activity app on my phone from my Apple Watch. When I click on the app through my phone it says a message and says that I need to first set up Activity on my Apple Watch. With this being said when I go to my Apple Watch my activity icon Appears to be set up and I use it all the time. I will use it when I work out and see how many calories I burn and I can see it just on my Apple Watch. I would really like to track my progress through my phone as well.

Apple Watch activity on my iPad When I am home, I prefer using my iPad for most activities that I might typically do on my phone, since my iPad is so much larger. But I can’t seem to view my activity from my Apple Watch on my iPad. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Activity App I use the Activity app on both my apple watch and iphone. My activity is being recorded on my watch, but I can't access any information on my phone! I am interested in purchasing Fitness+ and need to select Fitness+ on the app, but there is no icon to choose from. The only icon on the screen is the multicolored circle.

No. You need to set up a repair for your Apple Watch.
