I have a question that on an applewatch series4 GPS sport band .. Can we attach a milanese loop to it or the milanese loop can be only found in the apple watches havinng milanese loop by default.

You can change the Apple Watch band to any other band so long as they are the same size (or similar size. EX: 42 works on 44, but 44 won’t work on 42).
