iphone 7 no service problem

i have the ''no service'' problem for a week and because of not existence any apple official retail shop or support place in my country Iran i cant repair my phone and even don't possible for traveling dubai is any one knows is it possible to send it by posting?

No service problem on my iPhone 7 model: A1660 Hello, I have an iPhone 7 model: A1660. As you know this iPhone has a problem globally and it is no service. Since I will be at California next week, do I have any opportunity to change this iPhone in apple store? Your hep and guidance in this regards would be appreciated. Best, Khorramian
