iCloud Mail send button is off page to the right

dialabrain: I just logged into iCloud webmail using Firefox, and then Chrome. It worked perfectly! The Send button was there every time I tried it, even when making the window smaller and quitting, then re-opening to see which size it would go back to. It went back to the normal size, with the "Send" showing ini the top-right corner every time.

So now we know it's Safari-specific. Any suggestions? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Thank you very much for trying to help me out. Unfortunately, I am not having trouble in the area you are showing. You are showing Apple's "Mail" application to access iCloud email. That is NOT what I am using.

For iCloud email, I use a browser (Safari, but I can use any browser I want to). I then type in the webpage URL:

www.icloud.com

Once that page comes up, I enter my iCould ID and Password.

When the page opens, I am now on the "Home" page of iCloud. I click on the "Mail" icon, and I'm off and running.

Does that make sense? I never touch the Mail app---I do not use it (I don't like it, for various reasons). But thank you again for trying.

Okay, so it looks like you posted another answer below the first one that I did not see until now. Now you're seeing what my issue is! I'm a little upset that Apple came in and deleted my screen shots. Those screen shots would have completely eliminated any confusion with what I was talking about. They sent me an email that said there was "personal" information in it. I purposely left out personal information, so I had to go back to my original screen shots that I attached to see what on earth they were talking about. The only thing on there is that it says my name and iCloud email address. I already get so much junk, spam, and other stuff that I don't care if anyone see that. But they deleted my pictures before asking me. Not cool at all. They could have asked me to delete them and put them up again with the "personal" information taken out. Well that's what I'm going to do right now. I would really like people to see the pictures, because it explains the issue just by looking at it. Okay, here we go again, with my name and email address removed:

Leroy, your second description of how to possibly fix it I'm afraid went over my head. I will click on the link to see how to use external monitors. Hopefully it's written clearly and not for a techie-person. I've been an Apple owner (nonstop) since 1985. That's 34 years I've been on a Mac. I stuck with them through so many problems, not knowing they would be "Planet Apple" today. I think too many young and hip folks might work there and they don't know how to communicate with this fifty-somethings person. I can usually figure all of this stuff out for myself, but this one has been a bit rough. Any help that anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!

dialabrain (love that name), You are correct in that it will NOT remember the window size or placement. If it's supposed to do that, it never has as far back as I can remember. I'm talking decades back. It's always been a pet peeve of mine that whenever I launch Safari, the size of the window and its location are always set to some factory-default deal I'm guessing? But I can re-size that window and put it exactly where I want it, then go Safari --> Quit Safari, then click on Safari in the Dock to open it, and guess what? Yup---it goes back to the size and location that I DO NOT want. I would be so happy if it did what you're talking about. And if yours does it, I'm wondering why mine does not?

Okay, thanks BDAqua. So I'm assuming then that you do not use a web browser for your email? Because if you're just now seeing what it does, then you must be on Apple Mail or Outlook or some other app?

Well, I'm going to do something that I don't like doing.....I'm going to call AppleCare. I will have a positive attitude and pretend I am happy when the Tier 1 "hipster" asks me basic questions. I know they have to ask it, but Tier 1 can never answer any of my questions. There are some really good people, though, above them. I always hope that they key-in on me telling them that I've been a nonstop Mac user for close to 35 years (which is older than most of them that I talk to). That way, they can skip the basics with me. What's funny to me is that this issue here does seem very basic, but I can't figure it out and neither can you guys who are obviously very experienced as well. Thank you for trying! If anyone else wants to give it a shot, I'm all ears. In the meantime, I'm making the dreaded call and I'll report back here if they have a solution for it. I highly doubt they will (I've done all of the restarts, Safe Boot, First Aid, all of those things....and it comes out squeaky clean. Here I go.......

One quick question so that I understand...When you tried WebMail using Safari, I understand that it did not remember window placement/size, but were you able to see the Send button or was it hidden off to the right like mine? Thanks.
