Hyperlink Removal in Numbers
The 2019 Apple help page for removing hyperlinks in Numbers is wrong. You select the hyperlinked text and go to FORMAT NOT EDIT to then select Remove Link.

Other ways to remove a link (after the link text has been selected) are
- ⌘K to "Edit Link" then click the Remove button
- Right click on the selected link text and choose "Edit Link" then click the Remove button
- If you do this a lot, you can make a new keyboard shortcut for the menu item "Edit Link" and use your shortcut to invoke the menu item.
