Subscription issues

So back in march, 11th. I was offered 3 months free individual apple music. I’ve had 2 months free. I go onto the app and everything's deleted and its asking me to resubscribe. I still have a month left free? I never cancelled the subscription. I’m so confused and if I’ve been offered 3 months free then why am I only receiving 2 months and where’s all my music gone?

This would happen if you had cancelled the free trial - your access would end immediately, not at the end of the trial. If you are sure you didn't cancel it by accident, contact Support:
