My iPhone suddenly thinks I’m in Australia

I went to try and update my iPhone apps but it won’t let me because it says I’m using the Australian iPhone store. I tried to change my country or region but I can’t until my Apple Music subscription is up next month. Is there anything I can do to fix this before then?

iPhone X, iOS 12
