i can not see edits in shared notes

I know how important it is to be able to collaborate with others through Notes; I'd like to help. I see that you've restarted your iPhone, upgraded your storage, and refreshed; I appreciate you including the steps you've taken so far. First, if you haven't already, tap Settings > Your Account > iCloud > Notes, and disable Notes temporarily. Wait a moment, then re-enable the feature and test to see if edits are pushed through.

If the behavior continues, I'd suggest signing out of iCloud on your device: Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac

Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Sign back in to iCloud: Sign in with your Apple ID

Test again to see if you're able to see edits on your shared notes. I'd also recommend creating a new shared note and testing to see if the behavior is different. If you still can't see the edits, log in to iCloud.com and test to see if the edits are showing there; let me know what you find.
