Powerbeats pro

I bought the Powerbeats over a week ago and haven’t received a notice for shipment yet. Everyone representing apple/bestbuy seems to be echoing one another... you’ll receive an email when we secure inventory for your shipment blah blah blah... Nor is anyone willing to give an even rough estimate as to when these will be available. it looks like they had absolutely no inclination as to how popular these would be.

1. Did you recently purchase PowerBeats Pro from Apple, Best Buy or Amazon?
2. Were you sending in the PowerBeats Pro for a repair?
