Play iTunes music at the same time

It it possible to play iTunes music at the same time on MacBook Pro and iPhone 8 with iOS 12.3 using AirPlay

You cannot use AirPlay to play music that is on your Mac on your iPhone or vice versa. Home Sharing can let you do the former, but only the iPhone would be playing. You cannot play simultaneously and in sync on both devices. You should be able to play content on the Mac while accessing the library via Home Sharing on the phone.
