Apple Store Funds

I’ve just made two payments to the Apple Store €25 and €50. The money already went out my bank account, but it was not found at my Apple account. I have the transfer receipt. How should I proceed?

Contact - Official Apple Support then. As a user to user support forum there is nothing we can do here to help.

I suppose you could review recent transactions at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ just to make sure there is nothing odd happening there.

Sign out of your Apple ID in the store then sign in again to refresh your view of the funds.

Did you do something like this Add funds to your Apple ID - Apple Support or something else? Are you certain you sent the money in the right direction?
