I'm planning on moving from an android phone to an apple ios phone. i want to use the move to ios app. I am keeping my current service plan and will move my sim card to the apple phone. Should I move the sim card before running the move to ios app or after??

You should move your SIM to your iPhone first, because you can’t use an iPhone without a SIM in it. Your android phone doesn’t require a SIM for transferring your data onto your iPhone.
