Mac OS Mojave 14.4.4 frequent crash

My MacBook Pro with Mojave 14.4.4 is randomly crashing and I would like to understand what is causing this issue and is it a hardware or software issue. Recently due to Bridge OS issue I have got the Motherboard and Display replaced by the Apple authorised service centre. Now when I am showing them the issues they have no clue what to do and just asking me to do SMC reset and then reinstalling the OS which is not a solution for me. I can share all the logs which is required to do a deep dive for this issues.

Please help me as I am not able to work in my Mac and it is causing lot of problem for me.
