I have a bose 700 speaker, and I am trying to add it to my iPhone se for airplay2.
followed the setup steps, but could not get through. check screen shots below. I am using latest iOS, and also Bose has the latest firmware. I am in the same wifi network too. I have reset router, iPhone, Bose speaker as well. what is missing?

Bose 700 is not a Home Kit device. Why are you trying to set it up via the Home app?
My intention is to use airplay2 for playing songs from iPhone to Bose 700. And from the music app I was not able to throw the music to Bose since it was not listed in the devices list. Hence I thought the root cause is due to the fact that it’s not added inside home app. Looks like I am wrong in adding it to home app.
In this case what other reason can be for this issue.
