mail sub-folders missing in Outlook

I downloaded icloud for windows and my icloud account shows in my Outlook, but the sub folders do not show; they are only on my iphone. How can I see all the mail folders in Outlook?

I have a google, aol, and outlook account in addition. in my sidebar the iCloud account is not showing my subfolders as the other accounts do. I'm sure its a simple fix How do I get the sub folders for the iCloud account to show the sub folders. Both my iPhone & my iPad are showing the default sub folders.

Storage of emails in Outlook for Mac In Outlook for Mac, I'm trying to save emails into folders I've created On My Computer. However, the software doesn't allow me to do that. In my old legacy Outlook for Mac that wasn't a problem, at least initially. Can someone help me figure out how to use these folders?

This sounds like an Outlook issue so Microsoft would be the one speak to this.
