Will iCal notify the person I’m sharing with if I delete it?

wanted to know if anyone has deleted a shared calendar before and if it sent a notification to the person they’re sharing with, to let them know it was deleted?

Event removal from shared calendar My spouse and I share a family calendar. This morning, I was alarmed to hear that she had gotten a large number of notifications (more than 70, but less than 100) about me having deleted events from the family calendar. She got them on both her phone and MacBook. I think these were all old events -- I looked at a couple and they were. But it was still very worrying, especially since I didn't get any notifications, so I don't know exactly what was removed, nor do I know why. Questions: Is there some sort of garbage-collection in iCloud that would lead to this kind of wholesale removal of events? Is there some log or something I could look out to reassure myself that nothing important was lost? (I'm on Monterey, btw) Thank you for any advice!

How can I find out when the deleted calendar entry was meant to be? I share a calendar with my wife. We both put our Work From Home dates in it. Sometimes these dates change and the entries are deleted. However the calendar notification just tells me that an entry has been deleted and there doesn't appear to be a way to find out when that entry was. Is there someway of finding this out? Surely the alert should tell me when the deleted entry was meant to be? Thanks.
