Open Phone/Voicemail. Do you have a Deleted Messages folder? If so, open and delete from there. If that is not the problem most likely your carrier's voice mailbox is what is full. You can try clearing it by logging in to the carrier's voicemail server by calling your own number, entering your voicemail passcode and following the voice prompts to listen to and delete the messages on the server. Alternatively, call your carrier's customer support (usually 611 from your phone) and ask them to clear it out.
