the Steps are:

1- go to network( wi-fi ) on the top.

2- click on it.

3- select Open Network Preferences.

4- wi fi window should be open then select Proxies.

5- in the box under ( bypass proxy setting for these hosts &Domains ) write ( 127.0.0.1 )

6- click ok.

all set now use it normally.
