if i restore my disable phone , will be delete my photos?

Restoring an iPhone to clear out the disabled status will remove all content on that iPhone. Unless your photos were synced to iCloud you will lose them all. For a disabled iPhone however there is no other option.

If you go on a computer to www.icloud.com and sign in you can see if your photos were in fact synced too iCloud. However, if they don't show up there then you'll definitely lose them as part of the restore process. Although, with a disabled iPhone (and if they are not in iCloud) the photos are essentially already beyond retrieval.
