Recording delays: video/audio/screen

When the phone is not on silent, there is a delay of a few seconds when tapping the red button in the default Camera app to record a video, I assume to avoid catching the “recording” sound effect that occurs only when the phone is not on silent. Unfortunately there is no clear visual indicator that this delay is taking place and when I forget about it then important stuff at the beginning may have missed being recorded. Same goes for Voice Memos when not on silent, and Screen Recording when Microphone is on. Sent feedback to Apple. Meanwhile, way to circumvent?
