Cannot contact to the imessage server as well as facetime server. I’m using Ipad mini 3 ios 12.2. I have been trying many ways like reset all setting, wifi, change DNS, restart... but not working. Please help, thanks

thanks for helping but it doesn’t work. And there is no toggle button for turning off imessage or FaceTime on iPad iOS 12.3. So sad
