Automatic shuffle of playlists

I recently signed up for Apple Music, and it now appears that any playlists I select from it, or any playlists I create using some Apple Music songs automatically play by shuffling the songs. Is it possible to turn this "feature" off? Some of the playlists I created have a reason for the order they were set up with, and it would be nice if the order I chose was the order they played back. Any suggestions?
