How do I manually arrange/sort playlists (not songs) in the Apple Music app on the Mac?

I don't believe there is a way to do that. In iOS (on your iPhone or iPad) there is a way to sort the playlists by title, recently added, recently played and Playlist Type, but not to manually sort them in a user determined order. In macOS , they dont even give you those sort options (at least that I can find).
