MacBook Pro Shutdown and not rebooting

Have a MacBook Pro that suddenly went to a royal blue screen and then a minute later shutdown. Now on restart I get the apple logo and progress bar. Once the progress bar completes I just get a blank screen and eventually it shutdown.

Did get it to start back up once. I ran Disk Utility first aid on it. A couple minutes later, royal blue screen and computer shutdown again.

Now I'm trying to get it to start again, but keep getting stuck on a blank screen.

Any suggestions?

First thing is to try booting in Safe Boot Mode (holding down the shift key on power up) to see if that works. If so, simply restart and see if you can boot normally again.

If you can't boot into Safe Boot Mode and/or can't restart and boot normally the second thing is to boot into recovery mode (COMMAND-R) and do an over-top reinstall of macOS. Just doing this won't affect your data/apps/etc but has a good chance of making your MacBook Pro boot normally again.
