Apple uk and tax refound

Hi.

I live in argentina and I planning to go to UK next week

i want to buy a new MacBook but I want to upgrade its memory. As far I can see, the only way is to order it online and pick it up in the store in UK

so far so good. The thing I want to know is if I buy my new MacBook from the site and pick it up in a store in London next week, can I get the ticket for the tax refund on GlobalBlue to apply it when I return to Argentina?

i know there is some restrictions on electronic commerce

If you bring home a computer, "new in the box", there may be an import duty payment required.

If you bring home a Used computer, in hand, not in the box, it is more likely to pass without demand of duty payment.
