Issue with Disabled account in appstore

Hola Apple support

I’ve got an issue with my account - Im not able to update the apps from Appstore-while trying to do this I get the error: “Your account has been disabled in the app store and iTunes”.

I’ve tried to activate account, changed the password but no result- still getting this error.

I’ve tried to update payment method, add new payment method - but the same issue is not allowing to do that.

can you please advice what to do ? Many many thanks in advance
