iPhone Backup Password Recovery on Mac/iMac/MacBook

Can't remember my backup password on iTunes and I can't restore my iPhone.

Is there any way to recover it?

iPhone 7, iOS 12

No, but you can have as many goes as you like. See Disable iOS backup encryption - Apple Community.

As a new beginner have you called Apple Care and ask your question to the person who answer the telephone and maybe he or she can help you find your backup password. Apple Care telephone is 1-800-692-7753.

Apple Support cannot access or reset an iOS backup encryption password.
